What we do.
The Men's Ministry of Dunamis exists for the formation of the men God has placed in this house. Fathers and sons, husbands and singles, working men and retired men — every season of life sits at the same table when this ministry gathers. We pray together, we wrestle with the Word together, we carry one another's burdens, and we hold each other to standards that nobody else has the right to hold us to. This is brotherhood with weight.
The first Saturday of every month is the full ministry gathering — early breakfast, teaching, and small-group sharing that runs until midmorning. Throughout the week, smaller circles meet in homes and over coffee for Bible study and accountability. Quarterly we hold a breakfast intensive — a half-day equipping session on a specific topic (fatherhood, marriage, vocation, finances).
Our heart
Iron sharpens iron, as iron sharpens the face of his friend. That proverb is our charter. We believe men are formed in proximity to other men — in the friction, in the witness, in the long obedience of showing up week after week with people who know your name and your weaknesses and your wife's first name and the names of your kids. There is no shortcut to brotherhood. We have decided not to look for one.
Pastor Pascal serves as the spiritual covering over this ministry; day-to-day leadership rotates through a team of men who have walked with Dunamis for years. The work is generational — what we shape in the men of this house, those men shape in their sons.
If you are a man in this house — or visiting and curious — show up to the first Saturday breakfast. Eat with us. Listen to the teaching. Stay for the small group. We will save you a seat.
